1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Bordexia. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Bordexia ("Bordexia", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our automated analytical algorithmic software, online interfaces, application programming interfaces, and related platform services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, accessing our website, or using any automated trading intelligence functionality provided by Bordexia, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our incorporated Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure statement. If you do not agree to all provisions contained herein, you must immediately cease accessing and using the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Regulatory Compliance
To access and use Bordexia, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have attained the legal age of majority required in your home jurisdiction;
- You possess the legal capacity to enter into an enforceable contract under applicable law;
- You are not a resident or citizen of any country subject to comprehensive international trade sanctions or economic embargoes administered by the United Kingdom, the European Union, the United States, or the United Nations;
- Your use of our automated software conforms to all domestic and international financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) statutory standards applicable to you.
3. Description of Platform and Scope of Services
Bordexia provides computational data analysis, statistical model projection, and algorithmic execution support across digital asset markets, foreign currency pairs, and associated financial instruments. Bordexia acts strictly as an independent software provider. We do not operate as an authorized investment firm, registered broker-dealer, financial advisory firm, custodian of client fiat currency, or cryptocurrency exchange.
Any routing of orders or connectivity to live market venues is accomplished via programmatic integration with independent, third-party brokerages or digital asset trading venues. You maintain sole and exclusive responsibility for maintaining, funding, and securing your accounts with such third-party providers.
4. No Investment, Financial, or Fiduciary Advice
The calculations, algorithmic signals, synthetic indices, historical backtests, and quantitative projections displayed via Bordexia are generated purely for informational, research, and technical workflow assistance. No content presented on the Platform constitutes a personalized investment recommendation, financial endorsement, legal counsel, or tax guidance.
You acknowledge that past algorithmic outcomes, simulated scenario simulations, and backtested returns do not guarantee future profitability. All transactions executed through your connected accounts are initiated at your sole discretion, direction, and personal risk.
5. User Account Security and Responsibilities
When creating a user account with Bordexia, you must submit accurate, complete, and current information. You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your authentication credentials, multi-factor security keys, and account tokens;
- Safeguarding private keys, API secrets, and withdrawal permissions when integrating external exchange accounts;
- All activities, automated orders, trade parameters, and capital allocations enacted under your user account credentials;
- Promptly notifying our technical team at [email protected] upon identifying any suspected security breach or unauthorized access.
6. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You agree to employ Bordexia exclusively for lawful personal or commercial operations. You shall not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of our machine learning models, proprietary trading heuristics, or algorithms;
- Deploy automated scrapers, web spiders, or data extractors against our digital infrastructure without prior written authorization;
- Engage in abusive trading practices, spoofing, wash trading, market manipulation, or latency exploitation;
- Interfere with, impair, or compromise the stability, network integrity, or operational resilience of our servers.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights associated with the Platform—including software algorithms, mathematical models, UI designs, graphics, branding, trade secrets, documentation, and database architecture—are the exclusive property of Bordexia or its licensors. Except for the revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted to access the Platform, nothing in these Terms conveys any title, ownership, or intellectual property rights to you.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any variety, whether express, statutory, or implied. Bordexia specifically disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and continuous uptime.
Under no legal theory—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or breach of statutory duty—shall Bordexia, its directors, officers, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. This includes, without limitation, losses of capital, anticipated profits, digital tokens, business opportunities, data corruption, or trading liquidations arising from market volatility, latency discrepancies, broker disconnections, or system downtime.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding, controversy, or dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts sitting in London, United Kingdom.
10. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform following published revisions constitutes your affirmative acceptance.
